Stage Screen is a countdown timer for iPhone and iPad that shows the timer on an external display. It is made by Bence Nagy.
The app has no accounts and asks for nothing about you. It does send anonymous usage data to PostHog, an analytics service, so I can see whether the app is used and whether the external display feature works for people:
This data is not linked to your name, email or any account. It is not used for advertising, not shared with anyone for advertising, and not used to track you across other apps or websites.
Usage data is sent to PostHog (PostHog Inc.), which stores it on my behalf. PostHog's own privacy policy is at posthog.com/privacy.
No location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera access. No crash reports beyond what Apple shares with developers under your own iOS settings. Timer settings and messages stay on your device.
If you would rather not send usage data, the only option today is not to use the app; there is no in-app switch yet. If you want data associated with your device deleted, write to me and I will do it.

The colors on this site change every morning based on my biometric data. A better night’s sleep makes the colors happier, and more activity the previous day makes the colors livelier. Here’s what the background color means (today's color is highlighted):
| Activity › Sleep › | High | Medium | Low |
|---|---|---|---|
| Great | |||
| Good | |||
| Okay | |||
| Poor | |||
